IPO Impact on International Stakeholders Interest Balance: the Case of JD Company

A company has different condition in their different life stage. If a company can grow up and develop persistently, then IPO is likely to be a process for them. IPO, Initial public offering, is the In stakeholder management, we need to satisfy the interests of stakeholders in order to project, but we should consider the balance of their interests according to their influence. Some of them have more influence in project, they deserve more interest from successful outcomes. But maybe some stakeholders because of the successful project will receive much more interest, but their influence in the project may not be as same as their interest. First time of public offering in which shares of a company are sold to investors in public market and usually also retail (individual) investors. When a company choose IPO, their shares can be traded in public. After IPO, company increases its exposure, prestige, and public image. And company also needs to comply new legal and requirement, including financial disclosure and more detailed requirement of management. IPO is a very important timing for the company. After the IPO, the company will enter into a different development situation than before, will face more and more complex stakeholders. Therefore, IPO has a great impact on the company's stakeholder management, and many stakeholders’ interests are involved.
