The Right to Sue in Civil Proceedings. Practical Aspects and Legal Consequences of Implementation.

This work is devoted to make a research of the right to sue. The analysis of the evolution of the meaning of the right to sue from the ideas of Roman lawyers to the modern stage. It is proposed to use new concept of right to sue in Russian legal system. Also was developed new system of requirements to become a plaintiff. Proposed ways to prevent the abuse of the right to sue.
