The Role of Logistics Coordination in the Improvement of the Material Flow Management Performance

The work is devoted to the study of the influence of interfunctional and inter-organizational coordination on the level of logistics services and the success of the company as a whole. The analysis of typical problems arising from the interaction of firms and divisions, as well as best practices to overcome them. The market situation, financial indicators and logistics activities of company Straumann were analyzed, then based on the studied literature, a system of measures and the sequence of their implementation was proposed. As a result, all these measures gave a positive financial result, confirmed by the DuPont model.
