Statistical Research of the Impact of Digital Technologies on Economic Growth

The article examined the main factors of economic growth, as well as the indicators responsible for digital development, their definitions and approaches to evaluation. The basis of the choice of initial indicators was chosen neoclassical theory of economic growth. The preliminary matrix of correlations, as well as the constructed regression models, confirmed the hypothesis about the positive direction of the fusion of digital technologies on the economic situation of the country. The construction of the models was based on observations of the subjects of Russian Federation. By the discriminant analysis, the degree of differentiation of regions according to the level of development of information and communication technologies was described. Groups of regions with high, medium and low levels of ICT development were identified.
