Earth-filled Bastion Forts of European Part of Russia: Questions of Museification

The master thesis is devoted to the study of the criteria for the musealisation of earthfilled fortresses of the bastion type and the influence of the development of scientific knowledge on the process of musealisation of these monuments. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion and application. 6 non musealisated fortresses and 3 fortress-museums are analysed.
