The influence of the Internet on the development of public law institutions

This paper is devoted to analysis of the impact of the Internet on the development of public law institutions. The aim of the work is to analyze the development of public law institutions under the influence of the Internet, as well as to identify the main trends of this influence. The relevance of this study is determined by the intense impact of the network on the functioning of public authority. Despite the existence of studies on the impact of the Internet on public law and the state, many aspects of the impact on public law institutions remain less examined. The paper reviewed the main public law institutions that emerged due to the network and on which it has a significant impact: e-state, e-justice, e-democracy. Based on the analysis performed, a number of results were identified that this process leads to. Also the suggestions about the future direction of development of public law institutions under the influence of the network are made.
