The Kremlin's Personnel Policy During the Last Presidential Term of Vladimir Putin

In 2017–2019, on the eve and in the beginning of the new presidential term of Vladimir Putin, 45 governors lost their posts which is a record humber. The work examines the factors that influenced the adoption of these personnel decisions and what goals the federal center pursued when made them. There are 85 cases of each rusian region studied in the research, then there are colculated a regression model, and the obtained quantitative results are explained.
