Creation and Development of Foodtech Startup “Kura-Grecha”

This is a practical-analytical project aimed to check the ability of applying drop shipping to a food delivery market in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. This requires development of a new business model based on the idea of intermediary between kitchens and consumers. There will be developed a market research, communication campaign and report of company’s performance using Lean Startup methodology. There will be created a product for a selected geography and target audience, this version of product will be promoted via local channels of communication aiming to check the demand for a food delivery from a canteens. The project goal is to check the opportunity of implementing drop shipping for the food delivery.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
