Problems of Effective Implementation of State Land Supervision: a Comparative Analysis of Several Russian Regions (from 2015 till Current Time)

The aim of the research is to analyze the theoretical and practical experience of the development of the land legislation, to consider the modern system of state land supervision in Russia and its effectiveness, as well as to determine the existing problems of the state land supervision system and the ways to solve them. In the research for the analysis of the land policy of the Russian Federation and the implementation of the state land supervision function in the country is used as a framework for analyzing the main changes and highlighting the problems of the policy cycle theory, as well as a comparative analysis of several Russian regions, that were identified through their comparison and ranking by indicators of the state land supervision implementation, to highlight the causes of significant discrepancies in the indicators of state land supervision and the effectiveness of such supervision.
