In the current period, to be a market leader, companies attempt to increase a quality of developed goods and services. Business Process Management allows to manage all business processes that will increase the performance of any company. The general purpose of this project is to analyze a business process of a company and to create recommendations for improvement of the selected one. To achieve the goal, I examined the main approaches of BPM and chosen the most relevant methods for analysis and improvement of the business process. In course of the study, the company's business process was investigated and described, its problem areas were identified, and solutions were eventually developed to optimize this business process.
