Legal Regulations of Russian Loans to Other Countries

The thesis is devoted to the study of the legal regulations of Russian loans to other countries and foreign legal entities. The work is a complex theoretical study consisting of several chapters that are divided into relevant semantic paragraphs. The purpose of this thesis is to establish the essence of Russian loans to other countries, as well as to identify and examine main characteristics (parameters) determining the legal regime of loans legal regulations existence and to explain the obtained result. These characteristics are the subject matter of Russian loans to other countries, their origin, volume change and termination, the procedure for administering and accounting for Russian loans to other countries. On the basis of formal legal and comparative methods, as well as using the analysis method, the legal regime for the existence of the institution of Russian loans to other countries is studied and the problems of its legal regulation are analyzed, and therefore the author suggests his own ways to solve the identified problems.
