Design and Implementation of a Software Service for Repertory-Grid Based Processing of Conflicting Requirements to IS

Nowadays, information systems are applied in various business areas. This work is dedicated to processing the conflicting requirements to information systems during elicitation stage of development process. Methods for eliciting requirements are studied. The repertory grid technique is described. The existing mathematical processing methods of subjective judgments presented in the form of repertory grids are studied and some are selected. A web service using REST technology on the R platform for processing data using repertory grid technique, as well as a web client for data input is created and implemented.
