Building the Long Term Career Planning System for Employees in the Organization

The aim of this research is to identify the key factors that influence the organizational commitment during different work cycles and apply the results to building a long-term career planning system. The hypothesis was that various career motivators have different weight depending on the time employee takes the position. Analysis of career preferences of employees in Moscow international bank office allows us to offer a more flexible and adaptive system of motivation and retention.
