Improvement of Efficiency of Order Management in the Production Company

Nowadays, one of the main drivers for success of a trading or a manufacturing company is the ability to react quickly on markets' changes and provide requested service. Especially for seasonal products with high demand volatility and limited sales period, which makes increased demands on the quality and terms of processing customer orders. There were set such tasks as the company analysis, identifying weak spots and researching order management theory. The main purpose of this study was improvement of efficiency of order management. As a result, new algorithms of order processing have been developed, and appropriate recommendations were given about increasing level of service, based on IT-system implementation.
