Key Business Processes Analysis and Improvement

BPM has an obvious appeal among scholars and develops in most organizations. However, there is a gap in the issues of BPM methodology, techniques and tools. The general purpose of the research is to develop a methodology business process improvement for LSS «GK «Vodyanoy». The research examines existing techniques and tools of BPM and create an adaptable methodology to a certain company. Firstly, the strategic map was created, prerequisites for optimization were identified and a detailed process model was built. Then simulation was made to find the problem areas. The analysis was carried out in order to clarify the causes of the problem of a long-term organization of medium-sized installation work. In the result it was made an improved model. Moreover, recommendations were developed for implementation the model in the company.
