Kurdish Community of Rojava as an Actor of International Relations

This paper considers the Kurdish Rozhava community as an actor in international relations. The concept of “actor” was analyzed from the point of view of the metaparadigm of constructivism, the chronology of Rozhava’s interaction with other actors of international relations and the very formation of polity was analyzed, and Rozhava’s identity as an actor was derived. It was concluded about the goals and means of Rozhava as an actor in international relations.
