Annotation The final qualifying work is devoted to the study and optimization of production processes of Novaya Story LLC, analysis of the cost management system and opportunities in terms of expanding the range of products produced. The purpose of this design and analytical work is to develop recommendations for the optimization of production activities of LLC "Novaya Istoriya". To accomplish the goals, the following tasks were performed: 1) analysis of the literature on the topics of cost optimization and cost management system to determine the basic terms and their clear connotations 2) analysis of production and economic activities of LLC " Novaya Istoriya " 3) development of projects to optimize production 4) calculation of the effectiveness of developed projects The Object of study is the production activity of LLC “Novaya Istoriya ". The subject of the study are the points of growth of the enterprise that need to be optimized. As the main methods of research used theoretical analysis and synthesis. As part of this work, the analysis of thematic literature sources, interviewing employees of the enterprise, analysis of financial indicators and analysis of performance indicators were carried out, and two projects were proposed to optimize costs and bring new products to the market in order to increase assets. Proposals were formed on the basis of the tasks set and the calculations carried out confirmed their effectiveness. Thus, the main task was carried out to develop recommendations for optimizing production activities, namely, reducing costs through the acquisition of new multifunctional equipment, allowing to reduce 2 jobs and launch into production of products lined with ceramic granite using a seamless technology, which would require the purchase of special cutting equipment processing and rectification of porcelain stoneware. Calculations were carried out and the effectiveness of the proposed projects was confirmed.
