Automated Quality Control Processes for Company's Project Activities

This work relates to the study of the quality control process of software development projects in IT organizations. The study analyzed the existing principles of quality control in various fields of activity, project management standards and quality management. Also, a comparative characteristic of domestic and foreign commercial software products, and their shortcomings before the developed system, was presented. On the basis of the study, indicators and methods for their processing were identified and proposed, which can be applied and automated in the activities of technology companies. The company's activity was modeled based on the popular Scrum iterative development method. The object of development is an information system that allows to evaluate the execution of the project stages for making further management decisions. The purpose of the work is to introduce existing approaches to quality control of projects in the activities of software companies. As a result, development quality indicators were obtained, visualization algorithms, a client-server web application that automates the process of analyzing key metrics, and an operator’s guide were created. The direction of further development is the introduction of machine learning and cloud computing technologies to reduce the burden on the operator. The final qualifying paper contains 44 pages, including 11 figures, one table, 18 used sources and 6 applications.
