The Impact of Website Quality on Company Performance

This paper explores website quality impact on companies’ performance. Companies’ ability to build effective relations in a digital environment and ways it can be measured with are important issues in the context of modern economy conditions. Website is a company’s “face” in a digital environment which helps to communicate with customers and gain their loyalty. Website metrics and its impact on the company’s performance are analyzed by conducting linear regressions. Regressions are based on a database provided by international laboratory of intangible-driven economy. The result of research may be used as an evidence of a positive relationship between website quality and the companies’ performance. Moreover, it has important managerial implications using website metrics as the company performance driver.
