Legal Regulation of the Contract System in the Sphere of State Purchases

The first chapter examines the doctrinal and legal provisions on the legal nature of the contractual procurement system. The second chapter discusses the features of the contractual procurement system and its theoretical and practical problems. The conclusion sets out the main conclusions of the final qualifying work in accordance with the goals and objectives set out in the introduction of the study.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
