Service Evaluation of the Competitive Environment of the Developer on the Media Real Estate Sites

In unstable economy conditions and high competition for marketing budgets of developers, digital agencies are facing the need to significantly streamline data collection about competitors and its presentation. There are services of aggregation and analysis of competitors’ behavior as opposed to thematic sites in such areas as contextual advertising, SMM, real estate database. In this context, the problem of collecting and analyzing data on costs and advertising placements of the developer's competitors on thematic real estate sites becomes an increasingly relevant issue. Frequently, most of the solutions related to determining the costs and prices charged from competitors and their advertising messages are dealt with manually. Considerable funds are allocated to manual data collection, however, this data is often collected only at the specific moment, and therefore it is not possible to see the history of marketing placements and costs. The purpose of the study is to create a service of aggregation and evaluation of the developer’s competitive environment on the media real estate sites, which will reduce the time of data acquisition and will provide a complete and accurate picture of the competitive environment. The following tasks were set and carried out in this work: ● Addressed the market of competitive environment assessment services on the Internet in Russia; ● Studied the existing services of the competitive environment, the main details that were taken into account in the solution design are highlighted; ● Analyzed the need for the system development and gave the economic justification; ● Developed the service of data collection from thematic real estate sites.
