Modification of Personnal Motivation System for Logistics Management on the Basis of Balanced Scorecard

This work examines the problem of logistics management personnel motivation system on the basis of Balanced Scorecard. This work describes general objectives of personnel motivation, identifies its relevance in modern management. This work describes Balanced Scorecard approach, and the methods for building and modification personnel motivation systems on its basis. Besides, there are discussions about creating motivational system for logistics management. This work analysis financial and economic activity of the «InTechProgect» company. After the analysis, this work modifies personnel motivation system for the Chief of the Supply Division on the basis on Balanced Scorecard approach.
