Strategy Development for Child Education Center
During the socio-economic changes in the country, companies need to take a more responsible approach to the revision of the strategy due to changes in consumer requirements. Nowadays any companies, including educational, needs a strategy that must clearly meet the conditions of this type of organization . Thus, the present study is aimed at creating recommendations for the implementation of the strategy for the child educational center "Giraffe". The appropriate strategic tools, including semi-structured interviews with expertы, the top management of the company and customers will be used to conduct strategic analysis of the company. In addition, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis will be implemented. Based on the analysis, recommendations for the further development strategy of the center "Giraffe" will be presented.
