In modern society, the rate of intellectual development is very high. Such a perception of a person’s inner world, in which the emphasis is placed on the mind and not on feelings, leads to the fact that feelings and emotions “leave” consciousness, and this in turn leads to internal tension, constraint and, often, to disease. A new scientific approach to the emotional sphere allows us to narrow the area in which the answers to questions about how to be successful are found.
