Urbanization is a global trend. Promotion of urban projects is a complex and time-consuming process; it involves a large number of members. This project contains theory of and promoting changes in the urban environment, map of stakeholders, successful and failed cases of promoting new urban projects, and the research. The main goal of this project is communication strategy for the program "My neighborhood" in Yekaterinburg. The study shows the importance of connection between local residents, experts, business community and the state to create comfortable and modern cities and effective communication strategy.
