Student: Andreeva Aiyyna

Supervisor: Galina Chulkova

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Materials. Devices. Nanotechnology (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2019

This study covers the planar optical integrated ring resonators’ Q-factor. During the several research planar optical integrated ring resonators with different gap and width parameters were made on a single chip. As a result of the ring resonators’ transmission data analysis optimal values of gap and width parameters were defined. The paper contains 4 chapters, 12 pictures and 1 table.
