Effectiveness Evaluation of Project Finance as a Form of Lending of Investment Projects

This master thesis is devoted to efficiency evaluation of the investment projects implemented on the basis of project finance. Project finance as quickly developing form of lending of investment projects represents great interest for the purpose of assessment of its efficiency. In a theoretical part of the master thesis the analysis of publications in the sphere of project finance in the main directions of development was carried out and also various ways of efficiency evaluation of investment projects are considered. On the basis of these ways and taking into account trends of development of project finance, the general methodical approach to efficiency evaluation of project finance as forms of lending of investment projects was offered. The developed approach was applied on the example of the project «Kidzaniya» in Moscow by the analysis of its efficiency and comparison of various forms of financing of this project.
