In the modern world the problems of identity transformation are becoming increasingly relevant due to the rapid social changes, the dynamics of social ideals and values. Social changes and the crisis of identity is an important object of analysis in psychology. The purpose of this study is to develop a program of transformation of identity, taking into account its main functions and features of a conscious transformation using coaching technology.
