Improvement of Economic Efficiency Logistical outsourcing and it's influence to economical indicators of organization

The diploma consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list used sources. The first chapter examines the concept of logistics outsourcing, the reasons for its necessity, and also gives a classification of logistics providers. The analysis of the literature revealed the factors determining its specificity in Russia. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the company, which transfers part of the tasks to outsourcing. The strengths of this event are revealed and the change in economic indicators through the use of outsourcing is demonstrated. The third chapter describes the main reasons for the choice of outsourcing companies and the main reasons for refusing it. Also, it contains considered options for improving economic performance with the transfer of various processes to outsourcing. In conclusion, summarized the results of the study.
