Evaluation of the effectiveness of the tourism development program in the Republic of Khakassia

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of evaluation of the effectiveness of state programs. Assessment of the effectiveness of tourism development was carried out on the basis of the state program of the Republic of Khakassia "Development of tourism in the Republic of Khakassia (2011 - 2016) The analysis of social and economic situation and tourism potential of the republic was carried out, also with the help of cost-benefit analysis the effectiveness of the program was assessed. According to the results of the efficiency assessment, the program of tourism development showed the expediency of its application for further implementation of the state program. The study also revealed problems in assessing the effectiveness of the state program of the Republic of Khakassia "Development of tourism in the Republic of Khakassia (2011 - 2016)" and ways to address them, and gave recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the program.
