Present work relates to the study of data science and artificial intelligence during the development of a recommendation system. The study analyzes existing methods for the development of recommendation systems and the main methods for receiving, processing and storing information. Moreover, the principle of working with data that doesn’t have specific values for each user is described in this work. And the system for support decision making process was developed. The main purpose of the current work can be formulated as: to create a possibility of automated selection of wines on the basis of previously evaluated wines. During the research few disadvantages were identified in the quality of existing recommendation systems. They do not have decision support system when choosing a wine, which can take into account many criteria of wine and user’s preferences. In frames of current work algorithm for recommendation, database with full information about wines and the software were developed. The designed system for support decision making process can be used by sommelier or people who like wine, to search for the best wine in terms of taste and budget. The volume of the report on final qualification work, not including applications, is – 74 pages. The number of tables in work – 6, illustration – 41, the used sources – 38.
