Cargo Delivery Options Analysis and Effectiveness Increasing

Today, the role of logistics is growing in the context of globalization and an ever-increasing sector of foreign economic activity. In connection with the need to optimize the delivery of goods, there is a need to apply special methods and models, since the development of an optimal delivery scheme is the basis of transportation. The purpose of the work is to determine the optimal variant of the organization of international transport for the enterprise of the joint venture "VINIA TRAIAN" JSC. The object of the study is the enterprise of the joint venture "VINIA TRAIAN" JSC, and the subject of the study is the organizational and economic relations arising during the transportation of goods to customers. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze the literature, explore the specifics of international transportation, evaluate models and methods applicable to the organization of transportation at optimal costs, consider the activities of the joint venture "VINIA TRAIAN" JSC, the structure and development of the organization of international transportation, analyze the characteristics of the cargo and the specifics of the country, from which the goods are exported. The objectives of this study are: a comparative analysis of various types of transport; identification of factors affecting the mode of transportation; analysis of the activities of the enterprise of the joint venture "VINIA TRAIAN" JSC; development of measures to improve the efficiency of the enterprise based on the SWOT-analysis; analysis of options for the delivery of goods by JV VINIA TRAIAN JSC and the selection of the most effective The paper discusses options for the delivery of goods using different types of transport, calculated the time of delivery, the cost of transportation and selected the most efficient. The following research methods were used in the work: theoretical analysis of literary sources, comparison, analysis and synthesis. As a result of the analysis, the best scheme for delivering cargo to customers was identified, its priority was justified. In this paper, a list of recommendations for the joint venture “VINIA TRAIAN” JSC, which can also be used by other companies, has been developed.
