In this paper we propose a model of evaluation of IT projects on the basis of value-oriented approach. The model is based on the analysis of projects both in terms of financial advantages (profitability) and in terms of intangible benefits (values of different levels). Within the framework of the work, the values are classified by the time of implementation: short-term and long-term, as well as by the strategic orientation: organizational, customer and innovative. The method of project analysis for its inclusion in the portfolio involves putting down a point assessment for each of the blocks of advantages and further adjustment to the risk-weight, expertly calculated according to the Fishburn scheme. In addition, the final score takes into account the influence of factors identified during the study and characteristic of the it sphere with the project management system, such as: the implementation period of more than 12 months, the regional customer, the lack of support from the business, the role of "Subcontractor", the lack of automation experience of the customer and a complex organizational structure. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusion, bibliography and one Appendix. The volume of the study is 67 pages, including 4 pages of the Annex, 13 figures and 10 tables.
