Improvement of Logistics Processes and Functions of the Enterprise

In recent years overlap essential transformation of the economic conditions in which enterprises function. These changes cause that the enterprise wanting to operate in the market and, more importantly, to develop and to bring the expected benefits, is forced to make changes to current operations. It can be seen the rapid development of new technologies, innovation growth companies, enhance their activity and increase in market competition, conditioned by an increase in expectations of consumers. In such conditions role of logistic processes in achivement enterprise functions is inreasing. It deals with the the main enterprise function – to meet the needs for goods and services in the market, producing it efficiently. Today mostly logistic costs is main part of costs. That why, if enterprise has efficiency logistic processes, then it realises main function well. This paper's goal is to analyze the connection between efficiency logistic processes, logistic costs and enterprise efficiency. The research provides new results by examining a previous parameters of company. As a result, a list of recommendations proposed in this paper can be used by companies which improve enterprise functions, and can be applied in future practice. The method of formalization of information from publications was used as a method of theoretical knowledge, and comparison, measurement methods, statistical analysis were chosen as empirical methods for researching the company's activities.
