The relevance of this work is related to the fact that, for the sustainability of the market, Russian companies are trying to pursue a policy of optimizing logistics costs so that they can further invest in their own development. To achieve the goals of this final qualifying work, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. To analyze the DIY market in order to identify leaders and “non-leading” positions. 2. To make an analysis of the competitive position of Leroy Merlin in the market. 3. To analyze the financial and economic activities of the company. 4. To analyze the logistics system of the company.
