Russian Language Sources Fact Checking and Verification

Problem of automatic fact checking and verification is an actual theme in English language research. Despite the fact that nowadays there are a lot of suggested methods most of them are developed for English language data and cannot be applied for data from Russian language sources. In this work the problem of Russian language sources automatic fact checking was researched and the algorithm for automatic fake news detection was suggested. Methods of natural language processing such as machine translation and text vectorization and methods of classification were used to solute this problem. The final result is the model which can be applied on Russian language data and can reach score comparable to methods for English language sources data.
