Insurance Relations in the Civil Law of the Russian Federation

This research explores the process of emergence, change, termination and basic elements of insurance legal relationships in the Russian Federation. It took time to emerge for these relationships, and often changed throughout the development, however some aspects of legal relations still have problematic issues, such as, for example, the legal regulation of insurance in Russia. This work is aimed to study to what extent insurance has been developed by now and what problematic issues need to be resolved today. The results of the paper may reveal features of functioning of the insurance relations, and to become a theoretical base for solving current legal problems in the field of insurance.
