Development a Communication Strategy for Promoting the JSC "Central Exurban Passenger Company" in the Labor Market

The theoretical part of the master's project discusses approaches to the definition of the concepts of brand and branding of the employers, as well as communication aspects related to the differentiation of the target audience. The trends of retailers ' positioning practices in the labor market of cashiers and the personnel situation in JSC "Central suburban passenger company"are considered. An online survey was conducted among cashiers to identify the hierarchy of motivational factors and assess working conditions in order to form a communication strategy for the promotion of JSC "Central suburban passenger company" in the labor market.
