Communication Strategy for the Nornickels’s Employer Brand

Master’s thesis is dedicated to the development of the communicative strategy for the Nornickel’s employer brand. In the theoretical part of the thesis the notion, the structure and the functions of employer brand are studied as well as the stages and the methods of its development. In the same chapter the peculiarities of the communicative strategy development for the brands in the digital landscape were carried out. The goal of the project is to produce a set of recommendations for the communicative strategy for the Nornikel’s employer brand. In order to fulfill the goal of the research HR branding and digital - assets of the company were analyzed. In addition to the above we also have carried out a research of all the Normikel’s references as an employing company. The content analysis of these messages was made.
