A waveguide bandstop filter on a mushroom-shaped metamaterial with a ferrite film is examined in the presented paper. The model of a waveguide notch filter on a mushroom-shaped metamaterial with a ferrite was developed with a view to adjust a stop-band of microwave filters. A configuration of the waveguide filter and the metamaterial was designed and quantitative characteristics of S-parameters and VSWR were received after a software modeling of the object. All collected data is appropriately organized in terms of convenience to compare the figures and submitted as the frequency dependence plots which are more representative and straightforward for analysis. The values obtained demonstrate the possibility of creating a multi-band notch filter on the basis of a mushroom-shaped metamaterial and adjusting the filter rejection band by applying a ferrite film.
