The aim of this paper is to develop client-side functionality of CRM system, application software provides a set of ready-made solutions for optimisation and automation of business processes, and subsequently integrate it into already existing product. The study contains theoretical information have to be considered during development process and also illustrates technologies which can be applied for achieving main goal.
