(Master’s programme)
2019
n the framework of the present research we review the existing approaches to management and improvement of business processes of the enterprise, the relationship between business processes and quality management, the correlation between business processes, IT and enterprise architecture, and also issues of aligning business and IT. IT is considered as a tool to improve business processes that allows the implementation of architectural changes in the easiest way and ensures the effectiveness of corresponding architectural solutions, and also connects all the participants of the planned changes in the information exchange process. Based on the study of existing theoretical research in the field of business process improvement and analysis of the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standard, a method of improving the business processes of the enterprise is proposed. The method is developed in an attempt to solve the local problem of Liebherr-Nizhny Novgorod LLC. As a basis for the demonstration of the method we used goals, strategy, and two business processes of the enterprise: management of non-conforming products, which is one of the key and mandatory business processes in the quality management system (QMS), and filing claims to contractors.
