The system for monitoring global Internet processes is being improved. The rationale for the need to replenish the existing ontology is given, and three main methods for replenishing the ontology are analyzed: manual replenishment of the ontology, integration of two existing ontologies and automatic replenishment of the ontology. During the analysis, the method of automatic replenishment of the ontology was chosen, since in this case there is no need for a domain expert and ontology engineer, and this method will allow for timely updating of the ontology based on the data found on the Internet at the user's request. Also the format of the ontology representation of turtle was chosen. An algorithm was developed for automatic replenishment of ontology using the “Process” notation diagram and a metalanguage describing the structure for implementing the algorithm. JavaScript, WebStorm IDE, NightMare libraries, SPARQL.js, retext-keywords were used for development. An algorithm was developed to search for frequently encountered keywords, as well as checking the presence of these words in the ontology. The work is presented in three chapters on 36 pages, includes 8 figures, two tables, three appendices.
