Paper discusses the development of service verifying system-of-systems (SoS) named IAS MKR. The purpose of creation IAS MKR is to monitor indicators of the urban environment through gathering a list of metrics. The aim of the paper is to troubleshoot a problem of monitoring the efficiency of the IAS MKR components (subsystems). To solve a problem needs to be developed new subsystem, verifying a list of subsystems efficiency indicators. Creation a subsystem includes analysis, engineering and development. Analysis illustrate state of the art architecture IAS MKR, description of web metrics and metrics services, which are suitable to complete SoS. Engineering includes creation service for logging user activity and executive SQL queries. Method of logging database queries includes receiving a request to log a plurality of database queries. Furthermore, the paper includes an ER schema of DB reengineering on a conceptual level and modelling diagrams of business-process AS-IS and TO-BE in EPC notation. Development phase describes a web-based approach. Consequently, programming code mainly consists of PHP and AJAX technology, SQL queries. The result of the paper is implemented subsystem with the related database, that meets monitoring SoS requirements.
