Today, gamification being a modern and innovative tool of non-material motivation is of great interest to both researchers and business practitioners. However, the use of gamification in practice is limited by the lack of an accessible guidebook. Large corporations, that have successfully implemented gamification systems, publish reports on the results, ignoring the game design process itself. In an attempt to contribute to the solution of the problem mentioned, this work describes a step by step procedure of game development based on the business process of sales. The research is focused on an enterprise operating in the IT field and as the result presents the game model, based on the business process of sales and the company’s reward system. The work also includes testing of a relatively new, but high potential methodology «HEXAD gamification user types», which has never been applied in Russia.
