The purpose of this master's dissertation is to develop theoretical and methodological guidelines, as well as practical recommendations on the formation of regional tools for assessing the effectiveness of infrastructure support for entrepreneurship using the example of a technology park. The purpose of the study led to the formulation and solution of the following tasks that determine the logical structure and sequence of the research undertaken: • explore the role and importance of infrastructure support in the development of the business system; • identify the main problems of infrastructure support for business activities; • show the role of innovation infrastructure in the development of the business system; • highlight the stages of the formation of the system of infrastructure support for business activities in the Russian Federation; • to formulate methodological approaches to assessing the economic efficiency of the innovation infrastructure on the example of technology parks; • develop guidelines for the implementation of assessing the performance of the technology park and assessing the quality of the technology park's management. In this master's dissertation all of the research tasks were performed in full volume.
