Improving Business Processes in Medical Organization

Currently, there is a growing interest in tools to improve business processes of customer service among medical organizations. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the business process of interaction with the client in the Perm medical center was carried out. An important role in the study was played by the voice of the consumer on whom the whole process is oriented. In the course of a detailed study of the business process a number of points of growth of the medical center were identified for which it was necessary to develop an improvement program. As part of the improvement of the business process, its transparency was improved for all participants in the process.
