Development of a Simulation Model of the Decision-Making Process in the FMCG Company

Theme: " Development of a Simulation Model of the Decision-Making Process in the FMCG Company" Keywords: FMCG company, simulation model, AnyLogic, system dynamics. The object of research in this paper is the activity of the FMCG company. The subject of the research is the decision-making process of launching a new product on the market in an FMCG company. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, three conclusions on written chapters and a final conclusion. In the introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, set the goal and objectives of the study, identifies the object, the subject of scientific research. The first chapter discusses the theoretical background of the study, reveals the basics of the theory of decision-making and the theoretical foundations of the modeling of the decision-making process. The second chapter discusses the methodological support and tools used in the work, as well as the decision-making process in the company under study and describes its AS IS. It also analyzes the shortcomings of the current process and suggests options for optimizing it. The third chapter is the construction of a flexible decision-making process in the selected FMCG-company. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and results of the work.
