Ways to Improve the Performance of the "Last Mile" Delivery in E-Tailing

The work is devoted to the study of logistics support in retail e-commerce and the solution of one of the main online stores problems the problem of the “last mile” delivery. The main goal of the work is to improve the process of the “last mile” delivery based on crowdsourcing which involves attracting citizen workers to perform the “last mile” delivery. According to the crowdsourcing possibilities and limitations recommendations were made to improve the performance of the “last mile” delivery. A modification of crowdsourcing mathematical model was developed to take into account the delivery time requirements of consumers
