Legal Regulation of Bankruptcy Proceedings in a Limited Liability Company

The final qualifying paper is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of Russian corporate law. The relevance of the research topic is due to the continuous improvement of the legal regulation of bankruptcy procedures in general and bankruptcy procedures as one of the insolvency procedures in Russia, the practice of applying regulations governing the work of the arbitration manager, whose role currently requires substantial improvement and independence.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
